  Been taking mine & wife's car here for last 3 years.
  Been very happy with them until now.
  Wife's car went in, needed work doing on it to pass mot.
  2 wheel trims were left off.
  Wife phoned them & they said they will have a look for them & to pop in when about.
  Went back just over a week later, was told they were put on & must have fell off.
  They wasn't.....I noticed myself they were missing the evening we picked car up.
  Bit of a coincidence I think that both fell off.
  
  Now because they either couldn't be bothered to contact us, just a text or 10sec call would have done, or they chucked them.
  Or something else.....?????
  They may lose our custom.
  
  What really gets me is the fact that they lied to my wife.
  
  Doesn't fill you with confidence does it.
  
  For the sake of a text / call ...... or even an apology.....was it worth it?
