  Had a hair in my food and when I confronted staff about it they laughed and said they thought it was funny. Wouldn’t give me my money and only offered to cook me something else but after finding a hair in my food it put me off eating. The man told me that it wouldn’t put him off and didn’t believe me that when I said I found a hair in my food. He was extremely rude and had awful customer service skills. If they had just gave me my money back I would have been satisfied and understood mistakes happen but the way he laughed in my face made me very angry.
