  I ordered a speaker. After taking payment they said it was no longer available. I was told there was an ex display one which I could have at a reduced rate because the remote control, microphone and box were missing.
  I agreed to except this at the reduced rate. However I was charged full price and despite calling the company 4 times and being told the salesman would call me back to sort this 3 months later I haven't receive a call or a partial refund. I would not recommend this company at all.
